Syracuse.com’s 2025-26 winter media day boys and girls hockey, skiing roll call (18 photos)

Cicero, N.Y. — Athletes from 18 Section III boys hockey, girls hockey and skiing teams shared the fun of preseason chatter at syracuse.com’s 2025-26 winter media days last week.

Practice begins this week, but athletes and coaches gathered to exchange greetings with opposing friends (soon-to-be foes), got their pictures taken and discussed topics about the upcoming season with syracuse.com reporters.

Boys hockey teams at our winter sports media days were:

Auburn, Baldwinsville, Cazenovia, CBA/JD, Cicero-North Syracuse, Clinton, CNY Fusion, Fayetteville-Manlius, Oswego, Rome Free Academy, Skaneateles, Syracuse City and West Genesee.

Girls hockey teams at our winter sports media days were:

Clinton and Oswego.

Skiing teams at our winter sports media days were:

Jordan-Elbridge, Lowville and Whitesboro.
