See which 4 places in Onondaga County have seen home prices jump at least 15%

Three towns, plus the city of Syracuse, have seen average home sale prices increase over 15% since this time last year.

The three towns are Spafford, Fabius and Skaneateles, according to Central New York Information Service Inc., a part of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.

The data reflects sales through Nov. 18.

Spafford saw the highest total price increase at over 70%. The average sale price for a home in the town is now over $1.2 million, up more than $500,000 from the same time last year.
