Philo has upgraded its core streaming package to include HBO Max and Discovery+.

Starting Tuesday, Sept. 30, both new and existing Philo subscribers can access the ad-supported tiers of HBO Max and Discovery+.

Existing customers will continue paying the current $28/month for one more billing cycle before the new $33/month rate takes effect.
