Oneida County real estate: 10 most expensive homes sold, Nov. 8-21

A house in New Hartford that sold for $780,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Oneida County between Nov. 8 and Nov. 21.

In total, 10 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $275,991, or $165 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 8 to the week of Nov. 21 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
