What is the best live TV streaming service for the NY Jets?

When it comes to streaming services, there are several that will have you mostly covered for the season, but none that will give you everything. At a minimum, fans will need a comprehensive streaming service like fuboTV or DirecTV, plus Amazon Prime Video, in order to get every single game this season.

Here’s what you need to know about each streaming service:

fuboTV (free trial) is currently the best option for NY Jets fans, and has every game that appears on FOX, CBS, NFL Network and ESPN. It carries local stations in most markets. The service currently starts at $64.99 for the first month, then $84.99 per month afterward, and no additional add-ons are required. Fubo’s basic service includes over 210 channels and unlimited DVR space.

DirecTV (free trial) carries all relevant channels at the Choice Package level, and it is available at a discounted, $59.99 rate for a limited time. An dispute with Disney briefly removed ESPN from the service in 2024, but was resolved after a short period. DTV starts with a free trial. You’ll want to check local channel availability, as local contracts can sometimes impact availability. DirecTV includes 125+ channels, Unlimited DVR storage and thousands of on-demand titles.

Paramount Plus (free trial) is actually a strong option for Jets fans in market who are looking to cut costs. It will carry all nine Jets games on CBS this season, plus in-market NFL broadcasts on CBS for all other teams, making for a good chunk of games. If you have premium service like fuboTV or DTV, this is an unnecessary addition. However, paired with Prime, ESPN+ and Peacock, NFL fans can get a wide selection of games each week without paying for a full cable or live TV subscription.

Sling is a cheap option (just $40 a month), but it gives you a comparatively small slate of games. Jets fans in the NYC market will get games on FOX. Out of the NYC area, fans will need an HD Antenna, like this one, in order to access local channels. Sling is currently offering $25 off its first month of service. Unfortunately, fans will need to choose between Sling Orange (ESPN) or Sling Blue (NFL Network), or pay a higher rate for both services combined.

Prime Video (free trial) is a necessary addition for fans who want the most comprehensive NFL coverage this season. Once again, Amazon has rights to every Thursday Night Football game in 2025, including one NY Jets TNF game. Anyone who is a fan of primetime football will want this service, however, as it will air the first game of the week, every week, all season long.

ESPN Plus does not offer a free trial, but for the fan who is looking for some regular NFL coverage without paying premium TV service rates, ESPN Plus does carry Monday Night Football games all season long. It costs $11.99 per month, and can be bundled with other Disney services, however, if you have any of the other services above (except Prime Video), anything ESPN Plus would give you is already covered.

Peacock is like ESPN Plus above, but for Sunday Night Football games on NBC, instead of MNF on ESPN. The Jets have zero Sunday Night games this season, making it an unnecessary addition. For a la cart viewing, its worth considering if you want broader NFL coverage, but for anyone else, it’s an easy skip.

NFL Plus is also worth mentioning, especially for Jets fans out of market. NFL Plus gives fans live, out-of-market NFL games all season, plus NFL Network and game audio, and starts at just $6.99/month. There is no free trial available, but for Jets fans outside the broader New York Market, it could be your best viewing solution, and come at a much cheaper price than the other options above.

2025 NY Jets regular season

Week 12: New York Jets @ Baltimore Ravens

Ravens 23, Jets 10

Sunday, November 23 at 1 p.m. on CBS, M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland

With their loss to Baltimore in Week 12, the Jets have guaranteed what was essentially a foregone conclusion: A 10th-straight losing season for this franchise. Tyrod Taylor went 17-for-28 and 222 yards, with just one touchdown and an interception in his lackluster start after taking over for Justin Fields.

Week 11: New York Jets @ New England Patriots

Patriots 27, Jets 14

Thursday, November 13 at 8:15 p.m. on Prime Video (Thursday Night Football), Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Massachusetts

The Jets watched a 7-0 first quarter lead evaporate as the New England Patriots ended New York’s two-game winning streak and dropped them to 2-8 for the season. Justin Fields was benched following the loss, and it looks like the Jets will move forward with Tyrod Taylor to start in Week 12.

Week 10: New York Jets vs. Cleveland Browns

Jets 27, Browns 20

Sunday, November 9 at 1 p.m. on CBS, MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

The Jets winning is surprising enough. Two in a row? Could mark the start of something for a team that got out to a 0-7 start to the season. Despite a lackluster 6-for-11, 54-yard, 1-touchdown, 1-interception performance, the Jets forced a win thanks in part to a crucial 143-yard kick return by Kene Nwangwu immediately following Cleveland’s first touchdown of the game.

Week 9: BYE WEEK

Week 8: New York Jets @ Cincinnati Bengals

Jets 39, Bengals 38

Sunday, October 26 at 1 p.m. on CBS, Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio

After seven straight losses, the Jets finally found the win column, but only just. It looked like another bad one after a 0-10 first quarter, but New York erupted in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Bengals 23-7 to take the win.

Week 7: New York Jets vs. Carolina Panthers

Panthers 13, Jets 6

Sunday, October 19 at 1 p.m. on FOX, MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

Tyrod Taylor had nothing to show for his start except for two interceptions as the Jets sunk to 0-7, continuing on their worst start in recent memory.

Week 6: New York Jets vs. Denver Broncos

Broncos 13, Jets 11

Sunday, October 12 at 9:30 a.m. on NFL Network (London Game), MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

The Jets keep finding new ways to disappoint their fans this season, and did it again this week overseas. After the Broncos took a 10-6 lead in the first quarter, New York managed to find its way back into the game thanks to a third field goal and a Broncos safety, but Denver picked up another field goal in the fourth quarter to steal it back.

Week 5: New York Jets vs. Dallas Cowboys

Cowboys 37, Jets 22

Sunday, October 5 at 1 p.m. on FOX, MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

In yet another loss, New York is officially off to its worst start since 2020, and rookie coach Aaron Glenn is desperate for answers. With an 0-5 start, the Jets are now the worst team in the NFL.

Week 4: New York Jets @ Miami Dolphins

Dolphins 27, Jets 21

Monday, September 29 at 7:15 p.m. on ESPN (Monday Night Football), Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, Florida

The Jets are now one of just three teams that haven’t found a win yet this season. Despite a surge in the 4th quarter, New York was behind all game, even with Justin Fields completing 20 of 27 for 226 yards.

Week 3: New York Jets @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Buccaneers 29, Jets 27

Sunday, September 21 at 1 p.m. on FOX, Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida

New York came very close to being the team that would end Tampa Bay’s undefeated start, when they piled on three touchdowns in the fourth quarter, including a 50 yard blocked field goal return by Will McDonald IV that put New York a point ahead. Unfortunately for the Jets, the Bucs were able to secure a field goal at full time to take back the lead.

Week 2: New York Jets vs. Buffalo Bills

Bills 30, Jets 10

Sunday, September 14 at 1 p.m. on CBS, MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

James Cook delivered 132 rushing yards against New York, his most since running for 179 against Dallas on Dec. 17, 2023, to drop the Jets to 0-2 on the season.

Week 1: New York Jets vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Steelers 34, Jets 30

Sunday, September 7 at 1 p.m. on CBS at MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

It was New York’s game to lose, and lose it they did. After bringing a 26-17 lead into the fourth quarter, Pittsburgh erupted and outscored the Jets 17-6 for the final score.

2025 NY Jets Preseason

Preseason Week 1: New York Jets @ Green Bay Packers

Saturday, August 9 at 8 p.m. at Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin

Preseason Week 2: New York Jets @ New York Giants

Giants 31, Jets 12
